Terms of Service

The service

AgentoGPT lets you create custom AI agents trained on content you provide — documents, pasted text, web pages and sitemaps — and use them in the AgentoGPT app, through an embeddable widget, on public share pages, and via our API. Answers are generated by AI models from the sources attached to each agent; answers may occasionally be incomplete or wrong, and you should verify important information against the cited source.

Your account

You sign in with an email address and password or a Google account, handled by Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account, including the agents, sources and API keys created with it.

Your content

Content you upload or connect to an agent — files, text, URLs and the knowledge extracted from them — belongs to you. You grant us the licence needed to store, index and retrieve that content solely to operate the service for you and the people you share your agents with. Your content is stored per project and is never used to train shared models.

You must have the right to use any content you add to an agent. Do not add content that infringes someone else's rights or that you are not allowed to share with the people who can use your agent.

Acceptable use

Do not use AgentoGPT to break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, harass or deceive people, or to build agents that present generated answers as professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise) without appropriate safeguards. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass plan limits or access controls, or scrape the service outside the provided API.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe as subscriptions. Prices are shown on the pricing page; the amount you are charged is the selling price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can switch plans, update your payment method or cancel at any time from the billing page — downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and plan limits are enforced as described on the pricing page. Paid plans carry a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AgentoGPT available and fast, but the service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or retire features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan you are on, we will aim to tell you in advance through the app or by email.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentoGPT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses caused by reliance on generated answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page, which removes your profile data and content as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
