What counts as a message?
One question you send to an agent. Follow-ups in the same conversation each count separately. Messages sent through the embedded widget or the API count against the same monthly allowance.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
Your agents keep working and your data is never deleted — you simply can't start a new conversation until the allowance resets or you move to a bigger plan.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 30 days, no questions asked on all paid plans.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
